   By identifying the most efficient irrigation method for our farmers in agricultural production, we contribute to a more sustainable and productive crop growth process. We are aware of the importance of water for our world, and we closely monitor the UN sustainability goals by aiming to minimize water consumption in the agricultural product segment of our portfolio.
 

HUMAN

   We support the education processes that increase the professional development of our employees during production. We attach the highest importance to occupational health and safety regulations, take all necessary technological and environmental measures, and minimize all possible risks that could harm the health of our employees. We also prioritize female employment at a high level.
 

ECONOMY

   We increase production investments and capacity utilization rates to support broader access to our products. We meet the demands of different agricultural irrigation needs by developing new products and increasing R&D and P&D investments. We maintain and strengthen our transparent, fair, honest and accountable corporate structure.
 

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

• We always apply environmentally friendly product designs. During production and throughout our supply chain activities, we aim to minimize the use of materials, manage and recycle waste responsibly, and reintroduce recycled materials into production processes at the highest possible level.
• We conduct Environmental Impact Assessments by monitoring the effects of water, chemical substances and energy used in production.
• We prevent environmental pollution by conducting risk assessments in waste management across all stages of production.

• Water scarcity, which is becoming more serious every day around the world, is one of the biggest challenges faced by agricultural producers.
